Verification Service Agreement
The terms that apply when you order a verification project.
1. Scope
The scope, price, payment schedule, assumptions, inclusions and exclusions are those stated in the quotation you accept. Work outside that scope requires a new quotation that you accept separately.
2. How we verify
Our analysts apply the control library version in force when the project starts. Documents received are not treated as verified until checked against an independent source. Conclusions record their rationale and evidence; selected conclusions receive a second, independent review.
We will not mark a supplier as verified solely because documents were uploaded, and AI-generated observations are never treated as verified evidence.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate records, respond to information requests, and obtain any consents needed to share supplier information with us. Delivery estimates pause while we are waiting for information from you or your suppliers.
4. Timing
Dates shown in the portal are estimates unless the quotation states a contractual deadline. We will show the reason whenever an estimate changes.
5. Payment
Payments follow the schedule in your quotation. Where a balance is payable after final quality review, your completion summary is released at that point and the complete verification package can be downloaded once the balance is paid, unless the contract or applicable law requires earlier access.
A payment counts as received only when the payment provider confirms it or, for bank transfers, when we confirm the funds have arrived.
6. Cancellation and refunds

7. Limitations
The service supports your own compliance procedures. It does not guarantee recovery of input VAT, acceptance by the Federal Tax Authority, or the conduct of any supplier. [Liability cap and exclusions to be drafted by counsel.]
8. Confidentiality and records
We keep your records confidential, process personal data under the Data Processing Terms, and retain verification records for the agreed retention period.
