Recurring Billing Terms — Continuous Supplier Monitoring

1. What you authorise

When you select a monitoring plan and tick the authorisation box, you authorise Next Horizons to charge the displayed monthly price plus VAT to your saved payment method each month until you cancel. Monitoring is never preselected and is never added without this explicit authorisation.

2. When billing starts

If you add monitoring when ordering your first verification project, no subscription charge is made until that project has been delivered and the package released. If you subscribe afterwards, billing starts on the day you subscribe. If the related project is cancelled before delivery, the pending subscription is cancelled and nothing is charged.

3. What monitoring includes

Monitoring identifies when new or changed suppliers, threshold crossings, expiring documents or re-verification dates may require verification work. It does not verify suppliers by itself. Verification work is ordered and priced separately and is never charged automatically.

4. Changes and cancellation

You can cancel future renewals at any time in the portal. Monitoring continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. [Refunds for partial periods to be confirmed by counsel.]

Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect as shown in the portal before you confirm. We will not increase your monthly price without notice and your renewed authorisation.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we will notify you and retry. Monitoring continues during a grace period shown in the portal; if payment is still not received, the subscription ends. Your delivered verification packages remain available.
