Next HorizonsNEXT HORIZONSSupplier Verification

Version 2026-10-draft-1

Terms of Use

The rules for using the Next Horizons verification platform.

Draft text pending review by qualified UAE counsel. Items in square brackets are still to be completed. This draft does not constitute legal advice.

1. Who we are

The platform is operated by Next Horizons FZCO, licensed by IFZA (International Free Zone Authority), Dubai ([licence number and registered address to be confirmed]) (“Next Horizons”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of the company you register.

2. What the platform does — and does not do

The platform helps businesses organise, carry out and document supplier and supply verification procedures relevant to Article 54(bis) of the UAE VAT Law and FTA Decision No. 13 of 2026.

Next Horizons does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that input VAT will be recoverable, that the Federal Tax Authority will accept any verification, or that a supplier is compliant. Verification outcomes reflect the evidence available at the time of review.

Automated features (such as document extraction or AI-assisted drafts) support our analysts. They never replace the human review described in the service agreement.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate company details and keep login credentials confidential. Company administrators control who has access and in which role. We recommend enabling two-step verification for every user.

  • Never share accounting-software passwords with us. Accounting connections use the provider's own authorisation screen.
  • Tell us immediately at [security contact email] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You may upload only records you are entitled to share. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to access other customers' data, probe the platform's security without written permission, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Fees

Prices are shown before you order and are fixed in the quotation you accept. VAT is shown separately. Paid services are governed by the Service Agreement and, for monitoring subscriptions, the Recurring Billing Terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features; we will not remove access to delivered verification packages during the agreed retention period.

7. Liability

[Limitation of liability, exclusions and cap to be drafted by counsel, consistent with the Service Agreement.]

8. Governing law

[Governing law and competent courts to be confirmed by counsel.]
