Standing Instruction: Deliverables to Client Software
An accounting firm's instruction to send released deliverables to its clients' connected accounting software.
1. What the instruction allows
When a verification package for one of the firm's clients is released, Next Horizons may send the approved supplier verification summaries to that client's connected accounting software, within the options the firm authorised for that connection.
2. Conditions
- The client's accounting software is connected and write-back permission has been granted on the provider's own screen.
- Write-back has been authorised for that connection in the portal (Accounting Write-back Authorisation).
- Only items whose supplier link is confirmed are sent; everything else is skipped and reported.
3. What never changes
Amounts, VAT, tax codes, ledger entries, payment or bank details, supplier identities and reconciled transactions are never modified. Identity documents and confidential source records are never sent.
4. Withdrawal
An administrator of the firm can withdraw this instruction at any time in the partner portal. Every synchronisation, including those started by Next Horizons, is listed with its result.
